But apparently, Randy Quaid and Evi Quaid did not get the memo about mortgages and whatnot, and was arrested Saturday after police responded to reports of unwanted squatters in a house in Santa Barbara region. According to the Sheriff’s Department Santa Barbara, a representative of a Montecito resident discovered that someone had lived in the guesthouse of the property and reported to the police. Later they arrived to find Randy and Evi, who insisted that the delegates who actually owns the house and since the 1990s.
