Pat McAfee’s Legal Costs. Indianapolis Colts punter Pat McAfee has been in a room in Indianapolis Friday to hear a public drunkenness charge against him. The Marion County prosecutors filed a public drunkenness charge against NFL player after his arrest earlier this week near Broad Ripple. McAfee said the judge under oath that he had never been arrested before.
Deputy Prosecutors say that qualifies him to participate in a diversion program. When asked if he planned to file charges, the prosecutor told the media his intention to proceed as usual. It is planned to be back in court Nov. 12. Pat McAfee
