Instructions to Create Page Templates
Today, I wanna share with you about Instructions to Create Page Templates. Page of simple models can be made using the notebook in OneNote Microsoft Office 2007 package. The OneNote allows you to produce templates for letters and business documents without having to rewrite the text of text and images. You can customize your template page once you complete and provide a professional appearance, clean. The model will save you time and soon to be created. OneNote is an easy to work and offers help screens and wizards if you do not know what to do. Follow the steps below to Create Page Templates :
- Left-click the computer mouse on the Windows icon on the bottom left corner of your monitor.
- Select on the Microsoft Office OneNote icon on the sidebar. This will bring up a new page in the OneNote application.
- Locate the “File” menu at the top left of the on-screen menu and click on it. Point the cursor over the “New” menu and you will see a drop-down menu.
- Point the cursor and click on “Page.”
- Go back to the “File” menu and click on it. Then click on “Page Setup” in the drop-down menu. This will produce a “Page Setup” task pane on the right side of the screen.
- Type in the settings you require for your template in the “Page Setup” menu.
- Select on “Save current page as a template” at the bottom of the “Page Setup” task pane when you have completed your required settings.
- Enter the name of the model is the “Model Name” “Save As Template dialog box. When you click on” Save current page as a model in the previous step, a new screen appears in the center of the screen. This is the “box Save Template dialog. The model can be described as a “working model” or something to choose from.
- Choose”Set as default template for new pages in the current section” check box to apply your template to new pages you add to the current section of your notebook. "Set as default template for new pages in the current section” checkbox is the “Save as Template” dialog box, under where you typed in the name of your model.
- Click “Save” at the bottom of the “Save As Template” dialog box. Your template will be saved in the the “My Templates” list in the “Templates” task pane.
