Mail Wizard lets you print bar codes that identify the address and ZIP code of the reply letter. The procedure for creating bar codes is quick and easy, so you should have this task quickly and efficiently.

  1. Open your Microsoft Word program.
  2. Open the “Tools” menu, highlight “Letters and Mailings” and then left-click on “Envelopes and Labels.”
  3. Select on the “Options” button, and then open the “Envelope Options” tab.
  4. Place a check in the “Delivery Point Barcode” box
  5. Select  on the “OK” button to finish once you are satisfied with any additional changes you’ve made to the envelope.
